For sales teams

LinkedIn outreach automation
for SDRs, BDRs, and AEs.

Multi-step sequences, hyper-personalised first lines, and account-safe pacing — so your team can run real LinkedIn pipeline without the cookie-replay tools that get accounts restricted.

If you're running outbound on LinkedIn, the tooling problem is binary. Cloud platforms replay your session cookies from a datacenter — LinkedIn flags them, accounts get restricted, your reps lose their network. Businium runs locally inside the same Chrome session your rep already uses, with strict daily limits, human-like delays, and per-account warm-up. Same automation outcomes; the safety profile of someone who's just very organised.

Where it hurts

The three problems every sales teams runs into.

Reps copy-pasting until 9pm

Your team has the list, the messaging, and the goal — what they don't have is six free hours a day to send connection requests one by one and chase replies across three inboxes.

Cloud automation gets accounts restricted

Server-side tools replay LinkedIn cookies from a datacenter IP. LinkedIn's detection has caught up — one restriction wipes years of relationship history and forces a painful re-warming cycle.

Generic templates collapse on send

Reply rates on first-name-merge boilerplate hover around 1–2%. Pipeline planning around that number means hiring more people instead of writing better first lines.

How Businium handles it

The parts of the workflow Businium does instead of you.

Multi-step sequences with native delays

Invite → wait → personalised follow-up → InMail if no connect → soft handoff. Each step uses human-shaped jitter so the pacing reads like the rep, not a cron job.

First lines written by your AI, not a template

Hook BYO OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini key. Businium feeds each prospect's profile, recent activity, and your campaign context into your model — every first line is one-off, no merge tags.

Account safety as the default, not a setting

Daily invite caps, warm-up curves for fresh seats, working-hours-only sending, and pause-on-risk-signal — all on out of the box. Sales ops doesn't have to configure safety, only review it.

Reply detection that knows when to stop

When a prospect replies anywhere in the thread, downstream steps in the sequence pause automatically. No more 'thanks for connecting!' three days after you replied to them.

The playbook

An outbound playbook your reps will actually run

Most LinkedIn automation pitches stop at 'we send the messages.' Here's the full sequence a Businium-powered SDR runs in a typical week.

  1. 01

Pull a Sales Navigator search into a campaign

Paste the search URL. The extension scrapes results in the background and enrolls discovered contacts into your sequence — no CSV export, no Zapier middleware, no scraping cost.

  2. 02

Compose the sequence — 3 to 5 steps, human jitter

Connection request → 2-day delay → personalised follow-up → 4-day delay → InMail bypass → soft handoff to email. Delays randomise inside the window you set.

  3. 03

Let your AI write each touch on send

Businium passes the prospect's headline, current role, and last 3 LinkedIn posts to your model along with your campaign brief. The model returns a one-off message; the rep can review or auto-approve.

  4. 04

Reply detection routes replies to the rep

When LinkedIn shows a reply on a thread, the sequence pauses for that contact and pings the rep. No further messages send until they re-enrol or close the thread.

  5. 05

Pipeline rolls into your CRM via the activity stream

Every send, accept, and reply lands in a clean activity log. Pipe it into Salesforce / HubSpot / Attio with the standard activity-stream pattern — sales ops keeps source-of-truth in the CRM.

Your AI key, your prompts

Bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini key. Prompts are proxied straight to your provider — we don't resell or train on them.

Encrypted at rest

AI keys and account data are encrypted in our database. Used solely to generate outreach on your behalf.

No LinkedIn password stored

The extension acts on your already-authenticated browser session. We never ask for or hold your LinkedIn credentials.

Outreach and Salesloft are email-first cadence platforms; their LinkedIn step typically opens a tab and asks the rep to send manually. Businium actually executes the LinkedIn touch end-to-end inside the rep's browser session, then reports the activity back. Many teams use both — cadence platform for the sequence orchestration, Businium for the LinkedIn execution.

Cloud tools that replay cookies from a server get flagged because LinkedIn sees a session originating from an IP/device the user has never logged in from. Businium runs as a Chrome extension in the rep's already-authenticated session — same device, same IP, same browser fingerprint. We also enforce daily caps, sending windows, and human-shaped delays.

Defaults are conservative — ~20 invites/day for new seats, scaling up over a 2-week warm-up to the standard LinkedIn ceiling of ~100/week. Admins can tighten these further per campaign; the system will never let a campaign exceed them.

No — but it helps. Businium can enroll contacts from any LinkedIn search URL, including basic Search and Recruiter Lite. Sales Navigator unlocks much sharper filtering, so most teams pair the two.

$10/seat/month on the launch plan ($100/year billed annually). No seat minimum, no enterprise SKU pressure. Pay only for the reps actively running campaigns.

We strongly recommend one LinkedIn account per Businium seat. LinkedIn's terms and detection both treat shared accounts as risk signals — and pooled accounts make reply routing ambiguous. The economics of $10/seat make this an easy call.
