LinkedIn recruiter automation
for agencies that run multi-account outreach.
Source candidates across multiple seats, generate first-touch InMails that don't read like spam, and keep every account inside LinkedIn's risk envelope — with the per-seat pacing controls staffing teams actually need.
Agency recruiting on LinkedIn lives between two failure modes. Manual sourcing doesn't scale; you can't backfill 12 roles a quarter by hand. Cloud-based automation tools scale right up until LinkedIn restricts a seat — and when an InMail-rich Recruiter Lite account gets flagged, you don't just lose throughput, you lose the candidate history attached to that user. Businium runs on each recruiter's real Chrome session with strict per-seat pacing, so a 4-recruiter desk gets 4× sourcing volume without 4× the restriction risk.
The three problems every recruiters & agencies runs into.
Sourcing volume capped by manual InMail typing
A recruiter who's good at writing personalised InMails can ship maybe 30 a day. With a 12-role desk, that's a math problem you can't out-effort.
One restricted account, three months of damage
Recruiter Lite seats carry candidate notes, InMail history, and active conversations. When a cloud-automation tool gets a seat restricted, the recruiter loses all of it — and pipeline stalls for weeks during re-warming.
Templated 'Hi {firstName}, are you open to opportunities?'
Candidate inboxes are saturated. The same template that worked in 2019 now hits 4% response rates. Manual personalisation works but doesn't scale; ChatGPT-flavoured AI personalisation sounds worse than the template did.
The parts of the workflow Businium does instead of you.
One Businium seat per recruiter — real pacing per account
Each seat runs in its own recruiter's Chrome session. Daily caps, warm-up curves, and sending windows are per-account — never pooled, never cross-pollinated, so no single mistake takes the whole desk down.
AI-personalised first touch that reads like a recruiter wrote it
Plug the agency's OpenAI / Anthropic key. Each InMail or connection request gets a one-off opener built from the candidate's headline, current company, and recent activity — not a merge tag.
Sourcing pipelines from Recruiter / Sales Nav / Search URLs
Paste a search URL. Businium enrolls discovered candidates into the recruiter's sequence with native delays, reply detection, and InMail-or-connect fallback logic.
Activity log that survives candidate handoff
Every touch is logged per recruiter and per candidate. When a candidate moves desks or the recruiter leaves, the message history is exportable into the ATS rather than locked in LinkedIn's UI.
How a 4-recruiter desk runs on Businium
Agency recruiting at scale lives or dies on per-seat hygiene. Here's the operating model most Businium recruiting customers settle into.
- 01
One LinkedIn account, one Businium seat, one recruiter
We deliberately don't support pooled accounts. LinkedIn treats account sharing as a risk signal and reply routing gets ambiguous. $10/seat/month makes one-to-one obvious.
- 02
Each recruiter saves their search URLs as campaigns
Sales Nav or Recruiter Lite search URLs become campaigns. Adding a new role takes 30 seconds — paste the URL, name the campaign, set the sequence.
- 03
Agency-level prompt template, recruiter-level voice
Set a shared agency tone in the prompt brief. Each recruiter can layer their own voice samples on top, so InMails sound like that specific recruiter — not the agency's marketing department.
- 04
Per-seat daily caps stay under the LinkedIn limit
Defaults around 15 InMails/day per Recruiter Lite seat, warm-up over the first 14 days. Admins can ratchet this down for sensitive geographies (DACH, NL) or up for warm seats in steady-state.
- 05
Replies route into the recruiter's normal inbox
Reply detection pauses the candidate's sequence the moment they reply on LinkedIn. The recruiter takes over the conversation manually; the activity log captures the handoff cleanly for the ATS.

Plugging Businium into your LinkedIn and your AI provider is a privacy decision. Here’s exactly what we do — and don’t do — with your data. Read the full privacy policy →
Your AI key, your prompts
Bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini key. Prompts are proxied straight to your provider — we don't resell or train on them.
Encrypted at rest
AI keys and account data are encrypted in our database. Used solely to generate outreach on your behalf.
No LinkedIn password stored
The extension acts on your already-authenticated browser session. We never ask for or hold your LinkedIn credentials.
Payments via Stripe
Billing is handled directly by Stripe. Card numbers go to them, not us — we never store or see them.

Yes — and this is the most common configuration for agency desks. The Chrome extension works inside the Recruiter Lite session; InMail sends, candidate search, and saved-search enrollment all flow through normally.
ATS LinkedIn integrations focus on logging activity from LinkedIn into the ATS. Businium handles the outbound layer — the actual generation and sending of personalised InMails and connection requests. Most agencies pair Businium for outbound with their ATS for system-of-record.
We monitor for LinkedIn risk signals (warning banners, send-rate throttles, captcha challenges) and automatically pause that seat's outbound. The other seats on the desk keep running; you don't lose the whole pipeline for one seat's hiccup.
Yes — each recruiter can run multiple campaigns under different client briefs (different prompt context, different sequences, different daily caps). The Businium account is per-recruiter, so multi-client work happens naturally within their seat.
Businium is GDPR-aligned. The data we process is minimal (campaign metadata, encrypted credentials), and candidate-level message content stays in your AI provider and your LinkedIn account — we don't store it long-term. Acumen Foresight, LLC is registered as an EU Trader.
Not currently. We're focused on building the best per-recruiter tool rather than a reseller program. Most agencies bill clients for their recruiting service and treat Businium as a $10/seat cost of doing business.
